Your loan tapes stay in your browser. When you upload a file to our free validation tool, all processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your loan data on our servers.
This means:
- Your loan-level data never leaves your computer
- We cannot access or view your loan tapes
- Your data is not stored in any database
- When you close your browser, the data is gone
For enterprise customers using our cloud features (API access, scheduled reports, covenant monitoring), data handling is covered under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
