Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "tape"?
A tape is a single CSV file upload containing loan data. Whether it has 100 loans or 5,000 loans, it counts as one tape.
What happens if I go over my limits?
On the Free plan, you'll see a prompt to upgrade when you hit your monthly tape limit. Your existing data stays safe, you just can't upload new tapes until next month or until you upgrade.
Can I try Pro features before committing?
Yes! Join the Pro waitlist and we'll give you early access with a 14-day free trial when we launch.
What validation rules are included?
Free includes standard rules: data type validation, required field checks, date format validation, and basic business logic (positive loan amounts, valid rates, etc.). Pro adds custom rules you define for your specific loan products.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with row-level security, meaning you can only access your own tapes. We never share or sell your data.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Yes! If you're a seed or Series A fintech lender, contact us about our startup program with extended free usage.
